Hi, I’m Ally - a UX designer based in Manchester. I have a background in operations, combining a creative mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for enhancing the user experience.

I’m a strategic thinker, experienced in research, analysis, project management and communicating with customers and stakeholders. Throughout my career journey, I’ve optimised processes and services across a variety of sectors. I combine a data-driven approach with creativity and collaboration to help the user to achieve their goals. Recognising this natural affinity to UX led me to retrain and focus specifically in this area.
